I am aware I will be billed an additional $50.00 by RIOSOFT to pre-pay, per domain name, DOMAIN NAME REGISTRATION dues for 2 years. Thereafter, billing will continue at $25.00 per year, from one to ten years, upon client approval. |

Additional domain name(s) research at $100.00 per hour billable in ¼ hour increments, upon client approval. |

Six Month's Website Hosting Fee at $59.70 or Twelve Month's Website Hosting Fee at $119.40. After the first six or twelve month web site hosting period you will be billed for either six months or twelve months the first day of the next month, upon client approval. |

I am aware that all "photographs", "images", "text", "audio" and "website address links" are preferred to be provided on CD-ROM, Flash Drive or via E-Mail. |

| Payment Terms and Conditions: |

Charges relating to website design are due and payable in advance. Website hosting is billed from the date of launch. (NOTE: When the launch date does not fall on the 1st of the month, a partial month's fee will be included in the initial billing for hosting services.) |

The initial billing will include the first and last month's hosting fees, which are due and payable on or before the launch date. (For example, initial billing may include 1/2 of a month, plus the first and last month of services.) Thereafter, all monthly fees are due and payable by the 1st of each month. |

Client will maintain ownership of the registered Domain Name |

Endorsement of this agreement establishes a contract between Company *
(the client) and RIOSOFT (the provider) in which RIOSOFT will provide all services described herein. |

The non-refundable deposited amount in the sum of one-half of the design price (and any additional services) to pay for said services will initiate this contract and commence work on this date. Said deposit will be deducted from the final invoice. |
